In addition to our special collections, Hill Library has a great selection of magazines, puzzles, new fiction and non-fiction books, and the latest movie releases for all ages. We have special Adventure Backpacks to take out with themes like fishing, cooking and hiking and games, puzzles and storybook theme boxes.
We also have a great collection of audiobooks for those of you who commute. If we don’t have what you want we may be able to borrow it for you from another library through the statewide Inter-Library Loan program. Did you know that you can also borrow a telescope from your local library?

Anyone over the age of 5 can get a library card. Patrons under the age of 18 will need parental consent. Library cards are free to all Strafford residents, town employees, and teachers in the public schools, and are good for 1 year.

NH Collection
We have a collection of over 160 books related to life in NH. There are town histories, folk tales, and books with beautiful photos and illustrations. Please ask us to show you our NH Collection.
